On Sunday night during skating club, we had a Haverhill school system physical education teacher come in and give a talk on the important of stretching and warming up for skating. Gail stressed the importance of core strength, posture and balance and building certain muscles in order to skate better. She wants to see an improvement in 6 months and would like to hear from you if you have training questions.
